Dog tags can be purchased online. Carroll County is in compliance with House Bill 404. PUBLIC NOTICE
Carroll County Auditor Lynn Fairclough would like to notify the public that the Auditor’s Appraisers will be working throughout the county over the next couple months. The expected deadline for this project is July 15, 2022.

Appraisers are updating property records for properties engaged in new construction, remodeling or damaged/destroyed improvements during 2021.

Appraisers are from John G. Cleminshaw, Inc., an appraisal company certified by the State. The appraisers will be driving their own vehicles and will have ID badges from the Carroll County Auditor’s office.

PUBLIC NOTICE
The Carroll Soil & Water Conservation District are also currently performing Current Agricultural Use Valuation (CAUV) reviews, which includes parcels qualified for CAUV through a Forest Management Plan.

 

FYI - The Carroll County Auditor's office does not require registration for vacant or distressed properties.
